For those who have not yet heard, the Tampa City Council recently held a workshop on the Regulation of Nightclubs. This was not a City Council meeting to vote on the proposed changes, it was merely a “workshop”. However, the City will vote on this issue, and as per their recent history, they will use the work done in this workshop as the conclusion and general consensus as to how the ordinances should be written.
